Aside from Seth's birthday, and a couple fun visits from friends, May went by in a blur of germs! Before the germs settled, we had a fun visit from Chuck, Jenn, Katie, and Sam. We always have a blast when they come to visit! At the end of May, after all the germs had flown away, we welcomed Chris and Cathy for a visit with their daughter, Eleanor, who is two months younger than Evan. It was so much fun to see them and introduce them to Evan and meet Eleanor! We had only ever "met" over Skype before, so it was great to see each other in person!

The "germs" were nothing serious - just colds, coughs, etc. that we kept passing back and forth to each other, though luckily Evan was spared for the most part. Also luckily, Jason and I weren't sick at the same time, so at least there was one of us fairly healthy to take care of the boys! Poor Seth ended up with a bad case of pink eye that had to be treated with eye drops, and we are hoping we don't have to do that again anytime soon! We were glad to get to the end of May for better health, Jason being done with the academic year, and to start a great summer!
